This contract shall serve to define the terms of chastity between__Chastity_b__________, whom shall be locked and Susan Riely whom shall be the key holder.
The locked party agrees they will be locked in chastity for no less then 135_days to be determined by Madam AFTER contract is signed (like a blank check)
The locked party agrees and accepts the fact that failure to complete an assignment, lie, or act of his own free will at anytime with out key holders permission will result in additional time locked up.
The locked party agrees to adhere to the following terms. A picture shall be e-mailed to the key holder once per week showing lock, he is still locked, and will include a daily newspaper in pic for proof of date. The locked party will be in communication with key holder at least FOUR TIMES PER week. more if requested. The locked party agrees that time will be added to locked period for failure to comply with these terms .
Madam may bargain for aspects of control...once agreed apon...it is final. The control aspects that are agreed apon are permanent but can be bargained again if both agree..IE: (trade this for that)
The locked party also agrees that he is giving full control of all aspects of his life to the key holder and the locked party has no say in any decisions made for him by key holder DURING THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER. (a trial period) this is not permanent and ends Dec 1 2010 The locked party also agrees that a pic will be e-mailed to key holder as soon as key holders lock is locked in place, and that countdown time will not begin until such is received.
Locked party agrees that he has given consent for some of his pics to be posted on key holders blog.
The locked party and the key holder agree that when key holder does unlock the locked party the key holder shall determine how long the lock will be off as well as how many times and in what manor the locked party may orgasm.
The locked party also agrees that he will milk himself only when earned and only after initial lockup days expire.
Both parties agree that the locked party may opt out of contract after initial time has expired plus punishment. Choice must be made to either opt out or stay on for another term...term to be determined by Madam at that time. If locked party opts out of contract, although free of chastity, he still may be owned if Bargained for. If chastity time pushes into and beyond Christmas, a temporary removal of chastity device will be allowed for the holidays. (don’t want family members to feel something during hugs)The amount of days used for this will be doubled in punishment time upon relocking of chastity to finish term.
Both locked party and Key holder shall be bound by this contract.
Due to the nature of this contract and the distance between both parties, Both the locked party and the key holder agree that by typing their name and date on this contract, it shall constitute a legal signature to bind both parties to this contract.
