Contract of Chastity This contract shall serve to define the terms of chastity between _______, whom shall be locked and Susan Riely whom shall be the key holder. Both parties agree this contract has been entered into freely and without reservation on either parties part.
The locked party agrees they will be locked in a steel chastity belt. The locked party agrees that he will be locked as soon as the belt can be purchased and the key holder will never under any circumstance send a key to the locked party until the locked period has been served. The locked party understands they could be locked for periods not to exceed 6 months. Both parties agree that there will be a review every 2 yrs of this contract. The locked party agrees that if device is removed by emergency situation it will be relocked as soon as possible. The locked party agrees that when they relock time for being locked may increase, not to exceed 6 months. The locked party agrees and accepts the fact that key holder shall send a lock with one emergency key that must remain sealed in plastic and is only for use in extreme emergencies since the device is inescapable. The locked party agrees to adhere to the following terms. A picture shall be e-mailed to the key holder once per week showing lock, he is still locked, and will include a daily newspaper or other suitable source in pic for proof of date. The locked party will be in communication with key holder at least once per week so key holder can make sure there are no problems or concerns. The locked party agrees that time will be added to locked period for failure to comply with these terms . The locked party also agrees that at the end of a lock period the old lock and key will be returned to key holder with out delay. The locked party understands the purpose of this contract is to control masturbation, to control all sexual activity and to train the locked party. The locked party also agrees that a pic will be e-mailed to key holder as soon as key holders lock is locked in place, and that countdown time will not begin until such is received. Locked party agrees that he has given consent for his pics to be posted on key holders blog. The locked party and the key holder agree that when the key is received by locked party, the locked party has 48 hrs unrestricted before relocking. Both parties agree that the locked party may not quit this contract at any time unless both parties agree. Option #1: Both parties at any time can increase maximum locked period to one year if both parties agree. Option #2: Both parties can at any time invoke permanent chastity if both parties agree. Locked party understands this means they will never be released under any circumstance. Locked party will also wear a locking piece of jewelry of his choice, approved by keyholder, permanently.
Both locked party and keyholder shall be bound by this contract.
Due to the nature of this contract and the distance between both parties, Both the locked party and the key holder agree that by typing their name and date on this contract, it shall constitute a legal signature to bind both parties to this contract.
